#00225: June 23 2017 – 13/39

When you realize something you can’t comprehend nor articulate, it means you’re on the right path” I just wrote that.

It’s Friday the 13th. 13 days of doing something unplanned. 33.3% of some project I don’t really comprehend.

Most of the people who “like” my posts don’t actually read them. It’s funny how I used to crave those “likes” and “follows”. I would refresh my Stat page waiting for someone to drop by. 225posts later, I no longer care. I finally understand how this blog is all about my life – the journey, the mistakes, the good times, the failures – and not just numbers.

I still appreciate the support and I’m grateful to have had met some very kind people along the way. It’s wonderful how one person’s comment means more than a 1000 likes.

I’m flying to Kuwait tomorrow. I realized I won’t have time for the gym before the flight. So I guess I’ll have to focus on some alternative or do something else. I will still post about day 14, which will count as day 14 regardless of gym because I said so.

  1. It’s awesome that you’ve realized that you are doing this for yourself, and not someone else. Yes, validation is wonderful, and coming from 1000 people is great. But the honest support of a few can completely outweigh the bigger numbers, in a sense. And judging by multiple comments I’ve seen, you have a group of base readers who really care about your posts. It’s a beautiful thing.

Congrats on your almost 2 week routine and safe travels!
